Spread of nosocomial infection, mainly by antibiotic resistant strains, are giving great impact on modern medical treatment. Controlling nosocomial infection is necessary, and specialists are strongly wanted. The practical training is based on dipHIC (diploma of Hospital Infection Control) in UK, while the basic science training is original. Since 2008, Infection Control Doctor course at Mayo Clinic (USA) become the partner with our team to power up the infectious disease education. Laboratory experiment with world top level genome science and immunology engineering also support students to become infection control scientists with the global standard.

Students will receive the degree of "Doctor of Infection Control Science: DICS", at their graduation.
